The following Privacy Policy describes SGAB’s processing of personal data on its users.

  • Conducting satisfaction surveys in relation to events and activities organised by SGAB-CREA, for which we may contact you by the means you have stipulated.

  • Offering or sending you commercial information related to CREA's services and the events it organises, or those organised by third parties in relation to the service provided by SGAB-CREA, always on the condition that you give your consent.   • Conducting statistical studies and managing navigation and enquiry data (analytical information related to the website user) that help us improve the service or design new functionalities.

  • The processing of your data for the management of the event.  The realization of photographs and videos during your participation in the event organized by the CREA and the subsequent use of your image for the diffusion of the images captured through:
    • Website of the CREA:
    • Screens of the Ciudad del Agua workplace
    • Profiles in Social Networks managed by CREA

III. Who do we share your data with?

SGAB-CREA works with organisations that provide technological assistance and customer services and who carry out satisfaction surveys.

SGAB-CREA will not transfer user data to third parties, unless it is necessary to comply with the legal obligations that correspond to each case.

IV. How long do we hold your data for?

Your data will be stored for as long as it is necessary to respond to your request or query, as well as for other relevant purposes. In the event you have given permission for commercial communications to be sent to you or agreed to participate in satisfaction surveys, we will store your data until you submit a request to stop receiving our offers or participating in our surveys.

After this period, we are required to store your data, duly blocked, for an additional period during which liabilities of any kind may be applicable in relation to our services.
